Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a compatible iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

Coins and Skins

The App includes virtual coins and tank skins. Coins can be earned by playing and can be bought in packs through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Coins are used only to unlock skins inside the App.

• Coins and skins are licensed to you for use in the App. They are not your property, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything outside the App.
• Skins change the appearance of your tank only. They give no gameplay advantage.
• Coins and skins are stored on your device. If you delete the App, reset your device, or move to a new device, your coins and skins are removed and cannot be restored by us or by Apple.
• Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may change. We may change the skins on offer and their coin prices.

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Two-Player Play

Rooms connect two devices directly over a shared local network. You are responsible for whom you share a room code or invitation with. We do not operate or monitor these connections and cannot guarantee that a connection will be available or uninterrupted.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part of it.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Tamper with the App to obtain coins or skins you have not earned or bought, or to interfere with another player's game.
• Distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the App or your rights to use it.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the App.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to models, artwork, lettering, sound effects, music, code, and design, is the intellectual property of theappary.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, theappary.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
